The separation rates present almost 100% and the residual dust content achieved in the clean gas flow is significantly below the global statutory maxima.

In the UK, CFT de-dusting machines were successfully used by Balfour Beatty on the Hindhead Tunnelling project to ensure clean air during excavation and Sprayed Concrete works.

CFT machines can work in conjunction with most ventilation systems and have over the years worked frequently in conjunction with Korfmann fans to produce safe and effective clean air and ventilation solutions. Korfmann is also represented in the UK and Africa by HPC Products.

Dust Bonding Agent

Also produced by CFT is an organic citrus based dust-binding agent that dampens down dust emitted from open air dust generating activities including, road building, open cast mining and wood shredding. Biologically degradable, it is effective and safe and produces energy savings by reducing water consumption and scaling on plant equipment.
