Are you a Technical Sales Manager from a tunnelling, civils or mining background? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to look after existing customers and to develop new and repeat business for specialist products for the mining and tunnelling industries.

• The Technical Sales Manager role will oversee an existing customer base and work to develop sales with existing and new customers.
• Drive the strategy for each product area and build and manage relationships with customers.
• Manage the order process from specification through to order placement and delivery.
• Advise on the product installation and use.
• Manage the transportation of the products.
• Continually seek new business opportunities for the product range.
• Based at our Bournemouth office, with visits to sites as required.

• A background in the tunnelling, civils or mining industries desirable, but not essential.
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
• High level of commercial awareness, excellent negotiating skills.
• Ability to think laterally in a highly competitive and constantly challenging marketplace.
• Confident communication style.
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Strong analytical capability and able to interpret complex data.
• The ability to work within a team environment.
• Possess literacy, numeracy, and good computer skills.
