Tail Seal Grease (Application: Tail Seal)
WR 90 NewGeneration
WR 90 NewGeneration is a fire resistant grease dedicated to the first filling of the wire brushes of the tunnelling machines tail seals.
WR 89 New Generation
WR 89 NewGeneration is a fire resistant tail seal grease dedicated to protect the tail of tunnelling machines (TBMs), against each type of ingress, e.g groundwater, slurries, grouts.
Condat Emergency Seal - Application : Emergency
This product is injected instead of WR89/WR89 S to stop water ingress in case of damaged brushes.
Sealing Compound (Application: Main bearing of the head/Articulation of the shield)
HBW - Biodegradable
This sealing grease is specifically designed to prevent water and pollutants from reaching the main bearing. It has excellent elastic properties and at the same time lubricates the seals.
Hydraulic Fluids (Application: Hydraulic System)
CONDAT D46 and CONDAT D68 - Biodegradable, Fire Resistant, HFDU type
Biodegradable fluids, fire resistant and non polluting. They have the equivalent properties as mineral oils with which they are compatible and miscible. Condat's D46 and D68 have been approved by Factory Mutual, which is a major reference for hydraulic fluids.
HYDROLUB ZS 46 / 48
Oils of HM type have specific anti-oxidant, anti corrosion and high anti-wearing properties.
HYDROLUB S 46 / 48
Oils of HV type have the same properties as Hydrolub ZS with a better viscosity index.

A range of extreme pressure mineral oils designed to lubricate all types of gears and bearings subject to high pressure and stress.
G-TRANS 80W90
Mineral oil for the lubrication of mechanical transmissions – very good protection against wear and high thermal stability, even under onerous conditions.
Greases (Application: Main bearing / Centralised lubrication)
GR 217 Range - Biodegradable and Fire resistant
Multipurpose, biodegradable, non toxic and fire resistant greases. High resistance to water, temperature extremes and pressures.
GR 130 EP Range
Multipurpose greases. High resistance to water, temperature extremes and pressures.
KALITH EP
Multipurpose grease with extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. High resistance to water and water wash-out with excellent adhesion to obtain maximum water tightness.
EXTRA STABIL EP
Extreme pressure and anti-wearing grease with high pumpability. It is very well adapted to centralised greasing systems using small diameter pipes.
Ground Conditioning
FOAM (Application: EPB TBM / Micro-tunnelling / Back-actor TBM {pressurised face})
CLB F4 Range
Biodegradable and non-toxic foaming agent, suitable for any environmental situation. The generated foam, injected at the face of the machine, allows ground treatment whilst boring and thus enhances machine performance. It reduces the permeability of the ground to eliminate air losses and aids the extraction of spoil through the machine.
ADDITIVE (Application: All TBM)
A complete range of polymers for anti-sticking, sliding and anti-wear solution.

CONDAT FLUID SH4B - Application: Longwall Mining
Condat SH4B is a concentrate hydraulic fluid micro emulsion type, and is added with the water in the hydraulic cylinders. It has good anti foam properties and a great stability regardless of the hardness of the water.
GREASES
Application: Conveyor Lubrication
GR 217 Range - Biodegradable and Fire Resistant
Multipurpose, biodegradable, non-toxic and fire resistant greases. High resistance to water, temperature extremes and pressures. It uses solid lubricant additives. Will not pollute the soil.
